We purchased a derelict 1920’s home in the heart of Oxford’s student district to convert into modern, energy-efficient apartments.

The original home had been unlived in for some time with an Energy Performance Rating of F and the layout was less than favourable for modern-day living in the area.

The end result was a spacious 3-bedroom ground floor apartment and two 1-bedroom apartments on the upper floor, all with Energy Efficiency Ratings of B.

In addition to each apartment having its own private garden space and lockable bike sheds, we also fitted electric charging points to the front parking bays of the property to future-proof the homes.
