We really enjoyed modernising this Grade II-listed apartment within the sought-after Ottershaw Mansion building.

What started out as an untouched but dated dormitory-style apartment became a sleek, modern-living open plan apartment with an impressive Primary Suite, two additional bedrooms with their own ensuites and space to live, work and entertain over 240m2.

The grounds and surrounding areas are impressive, and the project required patience and strong communication with not only the residents and management company but also the local authorities due to its Grade II Heritage listing.

The new owners appreciated our focus on the little details – especially the smart-home functions we fitted to add a touch of class and contrast with the grand exterior.
