A testament to thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship.

This 1940’s timber framed house needed a full transformation from its former glory as a 3-bedroom semi-detached house with tarmac driveway and warm air central heating.

We extended and renovated this to a very high standard with the creation of a full width rear and side extension and new driveway. By positioning the boiler within the side extension roof we were able to take advantage of the house’s timber frame structure and completely remodel the interior floor plan.  

This contemporary 4-bedroom family home boasts a larger porch, open plan kitchen and diner complete with sky lantern and bi-folding doors leading out onto the patio and garden area.
