Having lived nearby for a number of years, we were keen to get what was an unliveable space into good shape for a family to enjoy again.

After full electrical rewiring and replacing the gas central heating, among various other works, the property’s Energy Efficiency Rating rose from E to B.
By adding a large rear extension, we were able to provide the house with a modern living and dining area with oversized patio doors leading to a 100-foot long garden.
The house is now lived in by a young, professional family and they enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces all-year-round.
